About the Artist
Atteka graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Master's Degree with a Painting and Art History concentration. She completed her undergraduate fine arts degree at Berry College, Rome, Georgia and studied figure drawing at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
Her work focuses primarily on colors, figurative art, and silkscreening. She has been in a number of publications including Chattanooga Times Free Press, SCAD Blog, and New Art International Publication.
Her current body of work explores colors and their association to memories and experiences.
